Nobody buys packaging. Everybody depends on it.
Between the product and the world there is a film only a few microns thick. If it fails, food oxidises, liquid escapes and the brand loses the customer on the shelf.
We have spent six decades engineering that layer so that nobody ever has to think about it.

Plant
From resin to reel, without leaving the plant
Five integrated processes under one roof. Each step conditions the next, which is exactly why we control all of them.

Extrusion
Cast and blown multilayer film.
The structure is born here. Several resins are melted and coextruded into micron-thin layers that can no longer be separated: each one contributes stiffness, sealing or barrier.

Printing
HD flexography up to 8 colours.
High definition on a surface running at speed that never forgives misregistration. This is the layer that turns a technical film into a brand.

Lamination
Solventless lamination.
Two or more films are bonded without solvents: fewer emissions, less residue and a final structure combining the properties of every layer.

Slitting
Precision slitting and rewinding.
Reel width and tension are matched to each customer's equipment. A badly slit reel will stop an entire packaging line.

Pouch making
Manufacturing of diverse bag formats.
When the customer does not form the bag in line, we form it: gussets, stable bottoms and opening systems solved before it reaches their plant.

Oxygen and water vapour are the two enemies of shelf life. A multilayer structure is engineered to stop them: every layer contributes a function and the stack defines how long the product inside will last. That is where everything is decided.
